In 2005 Productos Sosúa was sold. Some time after that, part of the barrack was sold, leaving only a small portion of the original barrack untouched. Years later it was completely demolished to make way for the bank that is now in its place.

Then

The Office wast the place where the administrative employees of CILCA, Ganadera and Corporación Sosúa worked, as well as the Caja Cooperativa de Préstamos, or bank. The CILCA and Ganadera were the dairy and meat factories which produced the famous Productos Sosúa. CILCA was founded in 1941 and Ganadera in 1943.
